Abstract

Artificial intelligence has experienced nearly half a century of development. These seemingly episodes in science fiction movies have gradually become a reality of life and pose challenges to legal systems at all levels. The issues of civil liability system, the basic connotation of the subject of rights, the application of administrative and judicial procedures, the protection of privacy and human rights, and the distribution of justice are all important legal and policy-oriented aspects related to the research and development of artificial intelligence-related science and technology, and their complexity and The impact of social life, government power and market order cannot be underestimated. This article sets out from the two major levels of domestic and international legal norms, trying to initially sort out the latest foreign doctrines and the development of the legal system, outline the legal issues that may be derived from artificial intelligence and its possible normative impacts, so as to enable them to initiate further academic dialogues. It will help China gradually shape the legal framework in the era of artificial intelligence.
