Abstract

Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection has presented a global medical challenge. The antibiograms of paired colistin-susceptible and -resistant strains revealed increased susceptibility of colistin-resistant strains to most tested antibiotics, including those that are active against only gram-positive bacteria.
