Abstract
This article analyses Fleur Johns’s and David Kennedy’s recent attempts to map global power in the daily practice of international law. It argues that despite their apparent modesty and practical focus, these mapping exercises have a radical dimension and point towards an ‘anarchist’ theory of responsibility.
