Abstract
This article is aimed to report on the findings obtained from a Knowledge Management (KM) case study conducted in an adhesive manufacturing company in Mexico. Influential areas that will impact on KM such as its activities and strategies, leadership and coordination, tools and systems, training, motivation and culture etc, were investigated and discussed. The information presented in this study will be useful for comparison purposes with other organizations in the same industry. It is believed that such a study in Mexico is of interest due to the fact that this country is one of the major contributors to the development of the Latin American region.
