Abstract
This afterword considers the important contribution of this book to the field of architectural anthropology. Drawing on the work of the contributing authors of this book it examines the implications of this field of research in relation to spatialities and futures research. It argues for a future-focused architectural anthropology, built on collaborative methodologies and which is attentive to the possibilities of and questions raised by emerging technologies, data, and automation.
