Abstract

Allograft replacement of the aortic root is a logical extension of subcoronary allograft aortic valve replacement. The aortic root can be replaced by a cryopreserved allograft aortic root using an inclusion technique eraploying a continuous Prolene suture for each of the suture lines. This technique provides an expeditious operation and hemostatic suture lines.
