Abstract

The evaluation context The Neuk Centre is a community-based peer-led service in Perthshire which supports individuals aged 16 and over experiencing distress or mental health crisis, and at risk of self-harm or suicide. Opened in June 2020 and based in Perth, Scotland, the Neuk aims to provide a safe place for support to anyone reaching out for help. The scope of this evaluation Between January and December 2022 Social Research Solutions were commissioned to undertake an independent evaluation of the Neuk Centre, focusing on the impact it has on its service users.
