Consultation and enforcement programmes as implemented were not suf?cient to reduce work injury outcomes over 21 month follow-up. Lack of bene?t could be due to non-speci?c ?rm selection methods, limited ?rm participation in interventions, low intervention intensity or insensitivity of available outcomes.
