Abstract

The structure analysis of the title compound, [Cr(C₄₂-H₆₀N₃O₃)], shows the hexadentate ligand to be coordinated to Cr^III in a distorted octahedral arrangement, with the Cr atom situated on a crystallographic three-fold axis. Cr - N distances are 2.109 (2) Å and Cr - O distances 1.919 (3) Å.
