Woman Empowerment in Mitigation of Climate Change's Impact on Health

This study aims to identify what women believe would empower them to address the impacts of climate change on their health and the health of their families. The specific objectives include:

• Exploring women’s perceptions and understanding related to health status due to climate change
• Identify the facilitators and barriers in addressing climate change impacts on health
Identify forms of women's empowerment interventions and the feasibility of their
implementation at community level in collaboration with the community’s women
• Identify relevant stakeholders in the process of implementation of these interventions as a form of adaptation and mitigation of climate-related impacts on health.
