When autism and ADHD overlap: finding biologically defined subtypes across the spectrum.

Utilising sensitive neurocognitive measures, this project aims to comprehensively capture and illustrate the full ASD-ADHD spectra – identifying traits that provide robust, characteristic biological signatures that define subgroups across the spectrum. A neurobiological and genetic-based approach to defining neurodevelopmental disorders is an essential step in predicting response to treatment and outcomes for children.
