    Project Details

    Project Description

This longitudinal study, in networked Catholic secondary schools, will investigate the effectiveness and sustainability of a data-driven approach to improving students literacy achievement through building school capacity and professional learning. The imperative of accountable reform with particular attention to the literacy achievement of the lowest performing and educationally disadvantaged students is connected to the conditions in secondary school environments. The model will be aligned with Australian national literacy benchmarks and the Disability Standards for Education. Outcomes will include multimedia, print and web-based resources for policy-makers school leaders and educational researchers.
