Project Details
Project Description
Given the Australian Government spent over $135 million on older person health assessments in 2019 alone, it is important their value is well researched and monitored. There are clear implications regarding the need to improve health outcomes as a result of these health assessments, however currently research is incredibly scarce.
Our previous research identified at least five key research gaps. The proposed aims for this project directly address these and should build our publication track record and generate pilot data for larger grants. Equally, utilising summer students is a strategy to increase future research degree students to further build research capacity.
