Project Description
1. Complete remaining studies focussing on speciation of GC-4711 in formulation vehicles exposed to gastrointestinal conditions
2. Interact closely (weekly) with Pat Sinko's group to inform potential issues with dosing materials
3. Further develop understanding of species under in vivo-like conditions to inform mechanistic studies to be conducted under appropriate hypotheses (with Sinko or in other models where appropriate).
4. Complete publications on mechanistic aspects and physicochemical attributes with Galera scientists as co-authors to validate scientific understanding.
