Project Description
The aim of this project is to explore the transition to practice process of radiation therapist graduates during the Covid-19 pandemic. The project will apply a qualitative approach, with focus group, longitudinal audio diaries, and interviews as data collection strategies. Project timeline is early 2022 to late 2023
