Project Description

The project explores and designs the optimal incentive mechanisms for the
innovative transformation of retail enterprises to "livestreaming + e-commerce"
model under different operational scenarios, taking into account the consumers'
live purchase behaviors. One objective of this study is to provide some useful
guidance for raising the competitive advantage of enterprises as well as
strengthening the efficiency of the livestreaming e-commerce supply chain. The
specific work of the project includes: (1) we analyze how different types of
influencers influence the consumers' purchase behaviors in view of the
characteristics of livestreaming e-commerce model; (2) based on the work of
problem (1) and the characteristics of three livestreaming e-commerce models, we employ the principal-agent model to design the appropriate incentive mechanisms for the retail enterprises so as to maintain the close cooperation with different types of influencers ; (3) based on the work of problem (2), we construct a two-stage multi-dimensional game model to design the appropriate incentive mechanisms for the retail enterprises under the dual channel competition so as to maintain the long-term cooperation with different types of influencers and distributors; (4) based on the work of problem (2), we use the one-principal multi-agent model to design the appropriate incentive mechanisms for the retail enterprises in the omnichannel so as to establish the strategic collaboration with different types of influencers and the third-party platforms. Some relevant results not only make a contribution to the study of consumer behavior theory, incentive theory, dual channel management, "livestreaming + e-commerce" model and supply chain contract, but also provide some scientific and effective suggestions for the retail enterprises to generate the appropriate strategy for model innovation and transformation.
