Project Description
This project investigates the impact of information about data quality on decision making. It builds on prior research of the chief investigators who have developed a theoretical framework for understanding and assessing data quality. The project involves developing a set of measures for different types of data quality and defining their representation as data quality tags. Furthermore it investigates and explains the impact of data quality tags on decision outcomes. The project will develop evidence-based recommendations for the effective use of information about data quality in practice
