Project Description
This study aims to determine the implementation of safety and health protocols by the women entrepreneur in micro and SMEs (MSMEs also known as UMKM) and their impact on survival strategies in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, this research will focus on MSMEs owners' behavior in following the government's health and safety protocols during the pandemic and how they run their businesses to survive. Given the changing business norms put forward by the large-scale social restriction (PSBB), this study seeks to discover preventative health and safety climates put into place by women entrepreneurs in their efforts to sustain their businesses.
