Project Description
My work is to:
1. review the survey report, including on the capacity of legal educators and disseminators to effectively communicate legal knowedge to vulnerable people and communities.
2. conduct a comparative research study of best practices in other countries that can applied in Vietnam to enhance the capacity of legal educators and disseminators, focusing on their capacity to raise awareness of the rights relevant to women, children, ethnic minorities and the poor and other vulnerable groups.
3. analyse the data collected from the comparative research undertaken to provide evidence-based policy recommendations that could be implemented by UNDP Vietnam and the government agencies to enhance the capacity of legal educators and disseminators.
