Technical assistance in epidemiological modelling analysis - Myanmar and Bangladesh

Provide technical assistance for national responses to COVID-19 through building country-specific models to guide the development of response strategy and plans, through generating forecasts of the key epidemiological and operational indicators with different scenarios (e.g. waning of population immunity (infection- and vaccine-induced), introduction of emerging variants (immune escape, highly transmissible)), and policy options (e.g. vaccination and public health and social measures (PHSM)) for key countries in the WHO South-East Asia Region requesting such support. This APW will also cover technical advisory activities for SEARO with regards to modelling analysis.
