The scheme aims to fund Teaching Academies of Professional Practice (TAPPs) partners to undertake school-based research into preparation and placement approaches for teaching in rural and regional schools. This grant will enable the team to investigate what factors of the Rural Professional Experience (RPE) in the current Bass Coast TAPP impact pre-service teacher (PST) learning success, and how does this Rural Professional Experience in the Bass Coast TAPP impact the teachers, learners and school communities in low socio-economic rural schools and Centres?
