Project Details
Project Description
Over the past three years Victoria has attracted unwanted international attention following media reporting of targeted incidents and crimes. The consequence of heightened attention and associated fears has generated concern over the impact of such incidents and crimes on economic and trade relations, as well as broader concerns regarding community safety and the resilience of multiculturalism. This project will develop an increased understanding of targeted crimes and incidents across key populations through both qualitative and quantitative criminological analysis. It will produce a best practice policing framework for policing targeted crimes and incidents.
