This proposal is to conduct two interlinked workshops to initiate the development of the co-designed MOC with representatives from Lived Experience/consumers, Department of Health and Alfred Health. The workshops will be facilitated by Associate Professor Leah Heiss with other members of the Monash University Design Health Collab
