To i) conduct a review of Sustainability Victoria’s (SV) Small Acts Big Impact (SABI) campaign messaging and future required messages, ii) analyse their likelihood to drive behaviour change and iii) make recommendations to optimise the messages’ likelihood to drive behaviour change.
