Supply Chain Risk Management Framework

This project aims to develop a safety risk management framework across the whole of supply chain for alcoholic glass beverage products (both empty and full) which are either imported or produced and manufactured locally; packaged and distributed in and from the state of Victoria. The project will identify and map the key safety risk ‘pressure points’ along the whole of the alcoholic glass beverage products supply chain using data obtained through interviews with key industry stakeholders.
