Strain Gauges for Hitachi Hydraulic Excavators (supply, install, commission Structural Monitoring System with Payload) to maximise and predict machine and operator performance

To supply, install and commission the Structural Monitoring System (SMS) with Payload Monitoring and GPS on Hitachi hydraulic excavators (EX3600, EX5600 and EX8000) Whitehaven Coal (WHC) to provide real-time feedback to operators and operations on performance (productivity and damage) to maximise production whilst minimising damage. The Structural monitoring System (SMS) with payload monitoring will be used to conduct detailed R&D program to develop models and processes to predict and maximise operator and machine performance of the excavator operations.
