Project Description

Improve the capability of supervisors, team leaders and managers to provide supervision and other forms of practice support to the future and existing frontline workforce.
- Contribute to improved health of the frontline workforce by providing them with an opportunity to receive supervision and other forms of practice support that will improve knowledge transfer and support them in responding to clients/patients with challenging behaviours, including behaviours associated with the use of ice.
- Increase appreciation of the importance and value of investing in sustainable supervision and practice support models across the health and human services workforce.
