Project Description

The main objective of this study is to characterise the scope of future evaluation activities of the impact of SIMLESA. Regardless of the methodology (quantitative, qualitative or a mix of both approaches) adopted in any future IA, we focus our discussion on its capacity to answer counterfactual questions (ie, questions of the type “what would have happened in the absence of the project?”).
