Project Description

This project creates two typologies of short-term rental accommodation (STRA) landlords. First, extensive quantitative data is used to map the distribution of STRA business models. Second, landlords are grouped by shared perspectives using Q-methodology. These approaches combine to equip policymakers with insights to effectively target STRA regulations for different locations.
