Project Description

. The aim of this project is to realize new technologies, systems and data integration that can provide the evidence to secure Antarctica as a natural reserve devoted to peace and science, delivering better forecasting, optimal decision-making and science excellence, and so revolutionising Australia’s Antarctic leadership. The project will accomplish this goal by integrating a suite of recent advances: (1) next generation remote sensing analysis and interpretation, (2) data-visualisation and biodiversity informatics, (3) environmental meta-genomics, (4) evidence-based quantitative decision-making.
