Scoping the suitability on Tonga and Samoa as potential research sites for inclusion in FIS/2022/120

The project 'Our Food Future' aims to determine whether the policy and curriculum conditions in Tonga and Samoa are favourable for a cross-disciplinary education project that explicitly builds food systems literacy. Food systems literacy is integral to achieving food system transformation to ensure healthier, more sustainable food futures. Our research will involve policy analysis and key informant interviews.
