SAT Suite 2024 - TenSAT & CentreSAT

Since 2013, Monash Business School's ACRS Research Unit developed three syndicated research products to provide retail property owners a holistic program that delivers a clear view of the broader market trends and their own competitive position (includes the following programs; TenSAT, CentreSAT, and ShopperSAT programs). Sponsors may sign up to one or more of the programs. In 2018, this project was titled SAT Suite 2018 - TenSAT & CentreSAT (Pure ID: 233295369). Following on, TenSAT and CentreSAT have continued to be grouped together as both of these programs occur annually, run at the same time, are to do with tenant satisfaction, and tenant contact lists are provided by sponsors. The primary difference between TenSAT and CentreSAT is that the TenSAT is survey completed by head office staff who may rate multiple landlords, while the CentreSAT survey is completed by centre-level staff who rate only one landlord.
