Project Details
Project Description
The project aims to test new tectonic models of the influence of pre-existing basement structures on divergent triple junction formation evolution. Divergent triple junction formations are linked to deep-water basins with enormous energy and mineral potentials. The research seeks to develop a data-consistent tectonic model and a framework to explore these deep-water basins. The study will involve a combination of fieldwork, geophysical interpretation, digital logging and modelling.
