Review of Victorian water sector engagement activities and effectiveness

WSCA is to conduct research into current and planned community engagement activities being undertaken by the Victorian water sector. It is to obtain insights about the type and frequency of engagement taking place, effectiveness of the activities, and differences observed between the engagement underway within metro vs regional Victoria. It will identify topics that are frequently engaged on, and key gaps in how the sector is communicating with Victorians. It will include demographic breakdowns of who participated in the engagement to assist in the identification of cohorts that may be under/over engaged.
