New Zealand’s Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is investing in a strategic approach to address the risk of maritime people smuggling. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a supplier to produce a research report to help better understand the nature and drivers of the people smuggling issue in South and South East Asia and its links to human trafficking, based on an evaluation of proposals from relevant suppliers.
