Project Description

The project will develop and evaluate an in-practice program for continuing medical education using Random Case Analysis (RCA) of General Practitioner records at clinical team meetings as a quality improvement exercise. RCA involves the random selection of the notes of a recent clinical encounter and then further questioning about the case by another practitioner. RCA has utility in investigating clinical knowledge and skills, clinical reasoning, professionalism, and clinical record keeping.
