Project Description

The prototype development of the Stormwater Particles & Litter Interceptor Tank (SPLIT) aims to address urban stormwater pollution by capturing and treating debris, sediments, and pollutants from runoff. SPLIT integrates physical separation and sedimentation techniques to intercept litter and fine particles before they enter water bodies. This innovative system enhances urban stormwater management, contributing to improved water quality and reducing environmental impacts on aquatic ecosystems.
