Project Details
Project Description
This national collaborative venture will establish a first-in-world cohort PRECISION (Precision Medicine in Liver Cancer a National Consortium for Advanced Spatial and Molecular Phenotyping of HCC) backed by an outstanding scientific team to profile and analyse cellular signatures across all liver cancer stages to maximise the potential of the rapidly evolving therapies to deliver precision medicine, while limiting adverse effects.
Trial objectives
1. PRECISIONx050: Use the oncofetal score developed in-house as a biomarker of immunotherapy response in early HCC
2. Use CELLOGRAM, a digital pathology based test for patient stratification
3. PRECISIONx150: use circulating T-cells as a biomarker of response in advanced HCC
4. Develop circulating-tumour (ct) DNA signatures as predictors of response to immunotherapy
