This research project aims to develop a codesigned, sport and creative activities program that encourages intercountry adoptees (ICAs) to utilise ‘play’ to further build up their confidence, health, healing, and social connections (via activities like high and low-impact lifestyle and adaptive sports, gaming, and art).
