Project Description
This anthropological study examines the reasons why people smuggling continues to flourish in Indonesia
despite anti-people smuggling campaigns, stricter border controls and law enforcement. It investigates how
people smuggling networks evolved, how they operate and why they resist pro-active law enforcement.
