Project Description
The major aim of this project is to develop specifically designed peptides for use as vaccines in cancer. The significance of this work lies in the potential to protect animals and humans from a wide variety of cancers through treatment with relatively cheap, readily prepared small peptides. Ciritical to the success of this approach is our teachnology which stabilises these peptides against degradation in the body whilst maintaining their high level of potency.
