Networkz Evaluation of Team Training

Alfred Health educators in the Department of Anaesthesia will run a Networkz simulation session each month. The session will occur in situ in the operating theatre and the team present for the shift will run the simulated case before starting the operating list for the day. Expert debriefers will help the team to reflect on the experience and identify team issues to address. This program has been planned for several years and after delays due to funding and the pandemic, is now ready to begin. This protocol refers to the independent evaluation being carried out by Professor Anderson, not to the NetworkZ program implementation.
Aims
