The ACP Prevalence Study is an Austin Health activity within the Specialist Palliative Care and Advance Care Planning Advisory Services (Decision Assist), a Commonwealth funded program. Funding has been provided to A/Professor Evans to appoint and supervise a senior research fellow to undertake a literature review and develop an implementation plan for this project
