Making For All: reaching people with disabilities

All people in Australia should have the opportunity to engage with science. People with disabilities are often excluded from science engagement activities because the activities are not designed to meet their unique needs. We will provide the opportunity for people with physical and intellectual disabilities to engage with a range of science activities by providing making workshops at Monash Clayton and Peninsula during National Science week. Expanding on our National science week experience in 2019 we are planning to have a wider impact in the community by send kits and training materials to a wide range of local and country disability support organisations.
