Literature review of issues related to vehicle identification and vehicle identity theft and misuse

This objective of this Assignment is to gather a comprehensive dossier of information related to number plate and vehicle identification theft and misuse through a review of the relevant literature and consolidation of several inputs into a research report. The Assignment is seeking to develop a deeper understanding of the key issues related to number plates and vehicle identification.
This Assignment comprises two main components – a literature review and the consolidation of supplementary stakeholder engagement and consultation activities into a comprehensive research report. Overview of the design of the content of the stakeholder engagement and consultation is also required.
