Indigenous Science Website - Australian Council of the Deans of Science

Indigenous Science is an area of emerging interest for scientific and cultural understanding, and as a mechanism for empowering Australia’s diverse first nations peoples. After centuries without any attention the change is very welcome. However, as the area starts to grow, resources which have developed separately need to be brought together for maximum uptake and impact. I propose there are four areas under which information needs to be consolidated, these are delineated below. Where resources fit multiple sections, they will be linked through both.
The aim is to produce an easy to navigate, central resource for tertiary educators to inform themselves, view exemplar teaching materials, find resources for use in their teaching and link with experts in the field.
