Implementing occupational formulation and measurable goal setting into the occupational therapy practice process

The overarching clinical, research and translational aims of the proposed project are:
·To strengthen the occupational therapy practice process and embed a structured approach to occupational formulation and goal setting at Forensicare, through practice innovation.
·To assess the clinical impact of using a Model of Human Occupation-based structured approach to occupational formulation and goal setting from the perspectives of occupational therapists, clients and multi-disciplinary teams, using a participatory mixed methods evaluation approach.
