Project Description
This study aims to (1) develop an accessible online Sleeping Sound Autism professional development program to upskill clinicians in the Sleeping Sound Autism intervention and provide a sustainable platform for stepped health care model where clinicians will have access to psychoeducation for healthy sleep practices and evidence based behavioural sleep strategies alongside medication treatment options; and (2) evaluate the impact of the online sleeping sound program on increasing clinicians confidence and competence in delivering behavioural sleep interventions for children with autism with sleep problems.
