Project Description
The overall aim of this PHD is to address a significant gap in our understanding of how to optimise EHR use within and between a tertiary hospital and other providers (in particular primary care). Specifically, this PhD will evaluate, and develop solutions and innovations that foster education, policy and governance frameworks that minimise risk/errors and enhance patient safety.
