Horizon scanning program workshop of senior leaders aims to identify risk, opportunities and challenges that DELWP and key portfolio agencies will face in the next 3 to 5 years with the plan to use the key outcomes from the workshop to inform business planning, the annual budget setting and other strategic decision making interactions.
